What To Expect At Your First Appointment
During your first visit, Dr. Whitman and Dr. Hagedorn will ask you a variety of questions about your health history and discuss the information you’ve shared on the new patient intake form. Your answers and health history will help the doctors create an effective chiropractic care plan that can address the symptoms you are experiencing. After your history, you will be chiropractically and nutritionally (if you are seeking nutritional counseling also) examined by the doctors. Once these examinations are done, you will get a Heart Rate Variability Scan and have a Balance Test done before leaving the office. These are vital components in helping the doctors determine your care plan.
For your first visit, please plan to spend approximately an hour in our office (if you are chiropractic and nutrition). If you are just seeking chiropractic care, the time will be significantly less. You will then be scheduled to meet with the doctors again within a few days of your initial visit to discuss the results of the testing done during your first consultation.
