Many people today experience estrogen dominance problems.  This is due to various factors including inactivity and a large amount of hormone disruptor found in our foods and environment.

For optimal hormone balance, it is important to engage in resistance training activity 3- 5 x’s a week for as little as 20 minutes.  Keep it fun, keep your body moving and whenever possible buy organic and free range food products to reduce your risk of hormone dis-regulation.
